CHEFF ALFREDO came to the United States in 1993 from his native country, Ecuador. His first stop was New York where he started working as a Dishwasher in an American Food Restaurant.

In 1997, CHEFF ALFREDO started working as a Cook in Long Island, New York, at an Australian Restaurant. In the year 1999, he went back to Ecuador for a period of time and came back the same year to continue working at the same Australian Restaurant as a Cook.

In the year 2000, CHEFF ALFREDO decided to move to Worcester, Massachusetts, where he started working as a Cook at an Italian Restaurant named "LOS PRIMOS" located at Shrewsbury Street. He reached perfection in Italian Cuisine after 6 years working at that prestigious location. He also studied English for 3 years to be able to communicate better with the public.

Now, in 2006, he went his own way opening what is today, ALFREDO'S PASTA, where he prepares every dish by himself made to order and with personal care.
